BaseFitness Teens Camp Returns This Summer

Looking for a positive and active way to keep your teenager engaged over the summer holidays?

Our BaseFitness Teens Camp is back, giving young people aged 11 to 15 the opportunity to build confidence, develop new fitness skills and enjoy training in a fun, supportive environment.

Led by our experienced coaching team, the camp is designed for all abilities. Whether your teen is completely new to fitness or already enjoys being active, they’ll receive expert guidance, encouragement and the chance to learn alongside others their own age.

Throughout the camp, participants will:

  • Build confidence through structured coaching
  • Learn new fitness and movement skills
  • Make new friends in a welcoming environment
  • Develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime
  • Build a strong foundation for future fitness and sport
