Our Mission
At BaseFitness & CrossFit East Kilbride, we believe everyone deserves the instruction, support and coaching they need to achieve their goals in a safe and welcoming environment.
We exist to help people build healthier, happier lives through fitness. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time, returning to training after a break or looking to take your performance to the next level, our goal is to provide the structure, guidance and community that help you succeed.
Located in East Kilbride and serving members from across Glasgow and South Lanarkshire, we combine expert coaching, structured programming and a supportive community. We provide the tools and support our members need to become stronger, healthier and more confident both inside and outside the gym.
Gym Classes for Every Fitness Level
We offer a diverse range of fitness classes designed to support all aspects of health, fitness and performance.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, train for HYROX, develop athletic performance or simply become healthier and more active, our classes provide a structured and supportive way to achieve your goals.
One of the things that makes our classes different is that every session is fully scalable. We recognise that not everyone walks through our doors with the same experience, fitness level or confidence, and our coaches adapt exercises and workouts to suit the individual. This means beginners can train alongside experienced athletes in CrossFit.
Our experienced coaching team provides hands-on support throughout every session, ensuring you move safely, train effectively and continue progressing over time.
Classes run from early morning through to the evening, seven days a week.

We offer incredible classes that are designed to motivate you, regardless of your current experience or fitness levels. We’ve raised the bar for functional training, incorporating a variety of programs that all deliver amazing workouts.

One of the things we are most proud of is the diversity of people who train at BaseFitness.
Our members come from all backgrounds, age groups and fitness levels. Some are training for competitive CrossFit or HYROX events in Glasgow and beyond, while others simply want to feel healthier, stronger and more confident in everyday life.
Every class, workout and programme is adapted to suit the individual. Through our introduction process and ongoing coaching support, we ensure every member can train safely, effectively and with confidence.
