Base CrossFit

Base CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! This class is excellent for those looking to increase their overall level
of fitness.

Base Strength

Base Strength is designed for those looking to get stronger and improve their body composition. This class is open to everyone, whether you are just starting out or are an experienced athlete looking to improve your current strength numbers. The class will always include a strength portion, accessory work and a finisher. These classes are 55 minutes in length.

Base Conditioning

Base conditioning - If you are looking to improve your cardio fitness, push harder during sporting activities, or walk up the stairs without getting out of breath, then this is the class for you. The daily workout will be based around a mixture of bodyweight exercises, light weights and state of the art cardiovascular equipment. Classes range from 30-45 minutes.

Core and Stretch

The focus of this class will be core strength, balance and mobility and will use a combination of Yoga/Pilates inspired exercises with a few twists thrown in. A great way to keep your body moving and complement our other classes.

Our classes work for everyone - whether you are just starting out or have been training for years.

We recognise that not everyone is an elite athlete and approach our classes as such. Our classes are scalable so that no matter what your fitness level or abilities, you'll be working alongside everyone else performing a variation of the same workout. With a thorough introduction process and the watchful eye of an experienced coach at every class, we'll make sure you are always moving safely and effectively and working hard to push yourself to that next level.
